how do you submit your grant and housing application?

Registrations are open (until 15 May 2022) to create or renew your Social Student File for the 2022/2023 academic year. This approach should be renewed every year and as soon as possible to ensure your scholarship in September. To apply, don’t wait until you have chosen your studies or received your exam results!


The steps to get your DSE . to make

1/ Do a stock market simulation

Before starting the process, check your eligibility for a scholarship. One must :

  • to be old under 28 September 1 of the academic year for a first scholarship application. There is no age limit for recognized students with a disability.

    Study full-time in a course authorized to receive scholarships.

    have French nationality or have the nationality of a Member State of the European Union (or from a state that is part of the European Economic Area)† For foreign students, you must have a valid residence permit, have resided in France for at least two years and be affiliated with a tax household (father, mother or legal guardian) in France

    The aid is granted on the basis of three criteria: the income of the tax household, the number of taxable children in the family and the distance from the place of study.

    TO GET YOUR SCHOLARSHIP YOU MUST FOLLOW YOUR STUDY AND ATTEND THE EXAMS.

    GOOD TO KNOW

    If you have to use Parcoursup, first create an account on Parcoursup, before you fill in the Social Student File. So your information is collected on messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr

    Apply for a scholarship online

    Click on the “Social Dossier Application (DSE)” tab.

    Enter your login details or create your account. (You already have a MesServices account if you have registered on Parcoursup in the past 4 years.)

    Fill in your DSE until May 15, 2022 for the 2021/2022 school year. Requests submitted after this date will be considered at a later date.

    Once your file has been validated, you will receive an email confirming your file submission or asking you to return additional documents. The processing of your initial file takes between 1 month and 3 months.

    You will receive an email with your scholarship level. This notification must be presented to your institution with your administrative and educational registration. Final notification will be provided to you by your Crous, upon submission of your school certificate by your institution, once your registration is complete.

    In case of change

    If you change location or academy, please provide proof of registration from your new location.

    The payment

    The 1st payment is early at the end of August if your DSE and your registration at your location are completed before 25/08.

    The following payments are made on the 5th of each month.

The request is made after creating his Social Student File (DSE).

You will receive proposals from June 14 to July 7 (June 14, June 21, June 28).

Good to know

The students who are not scholarship students or who benefit from a grant awarded by the Region in particular (IFSI), must also complete a social student file if they wish to apply for housing. The procedure for applying for housing starts in May, students will be informed by e-mail.

From July 12, all students are (whether or not scholarship holders) can consult the housing supply that is still available after the initial allocation phase and make an allocation request.

International students can request a Crous accommodation from 12 July on the sitefinderunlogement.lescrous.fr without going through the Social Student File.
