IMMO BLOCKCHAIN (ALIMB), a group that combines dynamic management of own land assets, event solutions and develops a new land investment platform based on Blockchain technology, announces its results on June 30, 2022. The group publishes for the first time its semi-annual financial report, following the transfer of its shares to Euronext Growth Paris on 29 July.
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN’s half-year results confirm the strong development momentum of the past 18 months, through organic growth and external growth. In the second half of the year, the group continues its growth strategy on its three pillars of activity with strong synergies, in particular through the acquisition of DIMOBA, the development of new vertical markets and innovative projects on the Blockchain.

Revenue growth
The group IMMO BLOCKCHAIN place a revenue pro forma from €1.7 million as of June 30, 2022, multiplied by 4 compared to turnover pro forma from 1er half of the previous financial year (€ 0.4 million).
This one grow from +€1.3 million observed on the 1er semester is spent until €0.8 million of acquisitions in 2021: hotel pebble (May), goodwill CAPDEL (June), hotel KERISPER LODGE (December), and comes out €0.5 million of the organic growth from the group.
Operational profitability
The group IMMO BLOCKCHAIN generates a EBITDA pro forma from +€0.06m as at June 30, 2022, compared to an operating loss pro forma from -0.05 M€ in the first half of the previous year.
The group continues to improve its operational profitability with a Positive EBITDAin line with the trend recorded in the results at December 31, 2021.
Healthy financial situation
The group IMMO BLOCKCHAIN gives a . again healthy financial situation :
- Equity pro forma from €7.4 million,
- Gross cash pro forma from €1 millionthat is +€0.5m compared to the last close of December 31, 2021.
Owner of land assets, the group IMMO BLOCKCHAIN holds a fixed assets pro forma from €16 million as of June 30, 2022 an increase of almost 23% driven by the acquisition of the hotel KERISPER LODGE.
Confirmed ambitions
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN plans to expand her portfolio ofexceptional land ownership and continue to develop new innovative activities. The group is developing through organic growth and through external growth, testifies the acquisition of DIMOBA in September 2022.
The group strengthened in its historical activities (dynamic management of land assets, event solutions) through the development of new verticals. A NESTa co-living activity, was successfully launched last May with the aim of offering a human project to investors looking for a ethical investment with strong social and environmental impact.
IMMO BLOCKCHAIN also confirms its ambition to create the first French platform for land investment at “Tokens”. The Group has recently set up the subsidiary TO INVEST which will soon offer real estate based on the technology of blockchain.
